Shelby High School had 16 students participate in the North Central Honor Band and Choir. To earn a spot, students had to record and submit an audition tape. The selected students spent two days working with guest conductors, Kim Lorengo (Choir) and Sigurd Johnson (Band) and concluded the festival with a formal concert.
