The Shelby Fire Department cooled off elementary students after the Fun Run yesterday. We thank them for adding some fun to the day and for volunteering their time grilling burgers for students.

The Shelby Elementary Student Council members worked hard this year to give back to their school and community. Through various fundraisers, they raised $520 for a school lobby display case and $293 to be donated to the Prairie Oasis Animal Shelter. Big thanks to our students our their advisors, Heidi Hooker and Sara White!

Congratulations to the Shelby High School Students on being inducted into the National Honor Society. Go Coyotes!

Thank you to Flesch Angus for their contribution, Up North Meats for donating the processing, our local fire department for grilling burgers and "misting" the kids from the fire truck, our custodians for setup and cleanup, and our cafeteria staff for their planning and preparation.
