AGENDAS
Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm at the Administration Building at 1010 Oilfield Avenue in Shelby. Any citizen of the district wishing to place an item on the agenda or wishing to go before the Trustees must present their request to do so to the Superintendent by 4:00pm on the fifth calendar day preceding the day of the meeting and this request may need to be in writing, depending on the nature of the request (Policy #1420) Public comment on items that are not on the agenda may be made during the Public Comment time, however the Board may not discuss nor take action on items presented at that time.

Minutes of Board meetings are considered to be unofficial until such time that the Board has approved the minutes at a subsequent meeting. Unofficial minutes are designated as such by having the word "DRAFT" placed diagonally across each page. Unofficial minutes are subject to correction at the time when the Board approves them.
