School District Beliefs
- We believe it is the responsibility of the School Board, Administration, Staff and Community to advance the school's mission in an environment which is safe and promotes student learning.
- We believe curriculum and instructional practices should incorporate a variety of learning activities which accomodate differences in needs, abilities, learning styles and interest.
- We believe the school should provide a supportive atmosphere to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world.
- We believe commitment to continuous improvement is imperative to enable students to become confident, self-directed, lifelong learners.
- We believe the development of the student's responsibility, skills, and respect is a commitment shared by schools, parents, and community.
- We believe in an active partnership between the school, community, and parents, which supports students in realizing their fullest potential to become responsible, contributing citizens.
- We believe in providing an atmosphere that fosters independence, responsibility, and creative resourcefulness by engaging students in problem solving through thought provoking, challenging, and positive real-world experiences.
