Hello, my name is Kristen Hirst and I am the new 7-12 Special Education teacher. I graduated from the University of Montana Western with a bachelor of science degree in Elementary Education and a Minor in Special Education. After graduating, I returned to my hometown of Valier, Montana to teach special education grades K - 12 for 5 years. In addition to teaching, I enjoy being around my friends and family, listening to live music, reading, painting, and being around my 2-year-old golden retriever Cali. I am looking forward to the upcoming school year and many more to come!
